Plato Wraps is the brainchild of Kamilla Seen. She wanted to make a large imprint in the bread industry, where she grew up with. She grew up eating and making bread in her family business, Panaderia Antonio Corporation in Dagupan, Pangasinan. Kamilla experimented with different kinds of bread from their family business and turned the regular, boring sandwich into beautiful and interesting pita bread sandwiches. Thus, Plato Wraps was born in 2001.
