- Down and print a copy of the Franchise Application Form. Fill out the form and mail this alongside the following documents:
- Letter of Intent that contains the address of your proposed site, your mailing address, and contact numbers;
- Vicinity Map – This should guide the field personnel in assessing the proposed site;
- Legal document that entails ownership of the applicant’s side (optional); and
- Resume or bio-data.

- Upon submission of your application, wait for Jollibee to evaluate your application. You’ll be contacted with the result of your application.
- If you passed, you should made yourself aware of the following costs and fees:
- Franchise fee ranges from PHP 35 to 55 Million
- For reference, franchise cost of Jollibee are as follows – PHP 30 Million to 40 Million in 2017 and PHP 25 Million to 35 Million in 2014.
Inclusions of your franchise
Cost of investment includes the following:
- Construction of the store;
- Kitchen equipment and facilities;
- Furniture and fixtures;
- Aircon system;
- Brand and system; and
- Pre-operating expenses.
Due note that the cost of ingredients, employees’ salary and wages, venue lease or rental fee, and other relevant expenses shall be shouldered by you as the franchise owner. Jollibee, on the other hand, will also aide you in recruitment and training of your team.

- The franchisee is also required to successfully three (3) month full time Basic Operations Training Program (BOTP) designed in the Jollibee Training Store.
